Formats, Revisions & Turnaround

What Level of Development (LOD) can neoBIM deliver?

neoBIM delivers models from LOD 100 (conceptual) through to LOD 500 (as-built), depending on project stage and agreed scope.

What file formats does neoBIM deliver?

Standard deliverables include native Revit (.rvt) files, IFC for open BIM coordination, and 2D documentation in DWG and PDF, depending on project requirements.

Does neoBIM offer unlimited revisions?

For many projects, subject to agreed scope, deliverables, and terms, neoBIM provides unlimited revisions during the modelling process until the agreed outputs are achieved.

How quickly does neoBIM respond to enquiries?

neoBIM responds to every enquiry within one business day. Providing full project detail in your enquiry helps us prepare an accurate quote faster.

Does neoBIM provide on-site laser scanning?

Yes. On-site laser scanning for Scan-to-BIM projects is available in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland. For other locations, clients can supply their own scan data for processing.

Digital Engineering Mandates

Is neoBIM familiar with government digital engineering mandates?

Yes. neoBIM's workflows are structured to support Transport for NSW's Digital Engineering (DE) Framework, Victoria's Big Build (VTDE) and the VHBA's VBIS standard for health infrastructure projects valued at $20 million or more, and Queensland Government's BIM mandate for projects valued at $50 million or more (in place since 1 July 2019) plus TMR's BIM Guideline for transport projects.
