When you submit an enquiry form on our website, your form data is processed and delivered to us via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form handling service. FormSubmit's servers may be located in the United States or other countries outside Australia.

Under APP 8 of the Privacy Act 1988, before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we are required to take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs.

We have reviewed FormSubmit's service terms and take reasonable steps to limit the personal information transmitted (name, email, phone, and project details only). FormSubmit processes form submissions for the sole purpose of delivering them to us by email and does not store submissions beyond that delivery function.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Security measures we maintain include:

  • Encrypted email communications for receiving and storing enquiries
  • Access controls limiting who within neoBIM can access personal information
  • Password-protected and access-controlled systems for storing client project information

When personal information is no longer required for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify that information, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us online.

Under APP 12, you have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you. Under APP 13, you have the right to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, irrelevant, or misleading.
